How this age calculator works

We count complete years from your birth date to the target date, then the remaining months, then days. Leap years and February 29 are included in the day count.

Results also show total days lived, your next birthday, and the weekday you were born. Dates use the calendar values you enter—confirm local rules if you need legal age at midnight in a specific timezone.

How to use this calculator

  1. Enter your date of birth using the date picker or month/day/year dropdowns.
  2. Leave the target date as today, or check “Calculate age on a specific date” to pick another day.
  3. Click Calculate to see years, months, days, and extra details like total days and next birthday.
  4. Use Clear to reset and try another birth date or target date.
